Culture is quite finicky. It changes without warning, holds no loyalties, and is always moving. For the most part I don’t mind it. I love connecting with people. Catching up, grabbing a bite to eat, or sitting down for coffee. I like hearing about what’s going on in their lives, how their family is doing, and asking about their new job. But too often those solid relationships are hard to build. For those who aren’t familiar with the world of sports something crazy happened in the last couple weeks. Tim Tebow, who is the poster boy for Christianity in the NFL, has been replaced by none other than perhaps one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, Peyton Manning.
