Grace.

The way we see grace is paramount to our Christian walk.

Grace is that beautiful thing that has sparked thousands of songs, has broken the callused heart, and drawn generation to generation to Jesus.  Yet this next generation will face a different struggle or perhaps a different advantage when it comes to grace.  They will be in a position unique to only them compared to most other generations of human history. Thirty-First.

Let me start by saying I have no problem with Halloween. 

I don’t think there’s anything especially “evil” about today more than any other day.  The only problem I have with Halloween is that I think we’re celebrating the day wrong.  I don’t have a problem handing out candy, (I’ll be doing it myself tonight) and I don’t mind dressing up (though my costume isn’t really good).  I just wish Christians celebrated Halloween differently. The words we use are only part of the conversation.  When someone is talking, we hear them in light of our past experiences with them, based on their tone, on their inflection, on their body language.
